  • Compared to the same period last year, the median home sales price decreased 2.8 percent, or $5,750.
  • And the number of home sales decreased 45.8 percent.
  • During the week ending on April 15, the average listing price for homes was $369,650.
  • That figure is down 0.1 percent, or $526, from the week before.
  • Broken down specifically, the average listing price for a 1-bedroom home was $165,293
  • The average listing price for a 2-bedroom home was $174,549
  • The average listing price for a 3-bedroom home was $250,284
  • And the average listing price for a 4-bedroom home was $472,797
