Real Estate Agent

Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team. The Social Media Assistant is responsible for brainstorming campaigns, creating social media posts and content calendars, and analyzing analytics. As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

  • Social Media Assistant Responsibilities:
    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
    • Define most important social media KPIs
    • Understand strategies to build followers, likes and comments for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
    • Optimize company pages within each social media platform
    • Generate , edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images and video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
    • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
    • Collaborate with agents to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
    • Use eye-catching graphics in Canva to attract viewers and create conversation
    • Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization
  • Social Media Assistant Requirements:
    • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
    • Analytical skills
    • Excellent communications and time management skills
    • Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software for social media
    • A degree in communication, marketing or social media

Internships

Our internship program gives students and recent grads hands-on experience working with our team. On real projects. The only coffee you’ll ever be fetching is your own.
