Happy Monday Raleigh!!! Here is your Monday health tip….
Many of us like to enjoy a snack while watching tv. This year, let’s try something new and cut out those extra calories. Instead of eating a snack, during the commercials do one minute of stand-up-sit downs, repeatedly standing then sitting as many times as you can. This will give you a boost of feel-good chemicals like dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins.
