As we approach the end of the year, it’s time to start thinking about taxes. A dreaded topic I know. Take the time now to start collecting documents you may need, ie: settlement statement from a home sale or purchase, charity donation receipts, business expense receipts, and medical expense receipts are just a few examples. If you had a real estate transaction with the Rachel Kendall Team in 2010, you will be receiving a copy of your settlement statement in January.
