This is according to a recent study from the real estate analysts at Realtor.com.

What You Should Know About Raleigh Real Estate
According to the recent article I read, Raleigh ranks #7 for Most Searched Real Estate Markets in the Country.
Experts say that our city (which is the capital of NC) is growing at a fast clip, with the median household income at $94,927.
Meanwhile, the median home price is $268,000.
Here are some of the assets that Realtor.com noted about living in Raleigh:
- Close proximity to work opportunities in the Research Triangle
- Gorgeous affordable homes
- Fantastic recreational amenities everywhere you look.
