Home is a significant part of a family’s foundation. When children become so ill that a family must leave home to seek treatment, they should have no other concern other than that child’s getting better and the family returning to their life back home.
The Ronald McDonald House Chapel Hill serves 2000 families annually at a cost of $4000 a day. When broken down, that equates to $85 each night per family. The Rachel Kendall Team is now among those pledging to lessen that financial burden for participating families.
