  1. Write it down
  2. Map it out
  3. Create the right environment- listen to music or get a sound machine
  4. Prioritize tasks
  5. Take a quick break
  6. Set a timer to alert you when it’s time to go so you won’t be late
  7. Plan some joy
  8. Delegate
  9. “Chunk” it- break a project up into managable time periods
  10. Record it
