Good Monday morning Raleigh!!

Are you ready to hit the beach this summer??  Here are a few tips from The Biggest Loser’sCara Castronuova.  

1) Eat appx 1300 calories per day (350 for breakfast & Lunch, 300 for dinner and 3- 100 calorie snacks)

2) Snack on something every 3 hours to stay satisfied and curb cravings.

3) Fill up with complex carbs (whole grains), frute, veggies and lean protein.

4) Watch your portion sizes. 

5) Drink at least 8 large glasses of water or seltzer per day.  Add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice or a splash of cranberry juice for flavor.
