According to the recent article I was reading, Apex officials recently voted 3-2 to rezone 165 acres for a mixed-use development known as Streetwater.

Stakeholders say this development has the potential to majorly change the face of western Apex.

Developers from ExperienceOneHomes are planning a number of uses in the complex, including offices, retail, dining and homes.

Preliminary plans for the site include 418 homes and townhomes, parks, a clubhouse, shopping, restaurants and a couple of office buildings.
