As Managing Director with the Rachel Kendall Team I am rewarded not only with my own client relationships, but with the opportunity to coach and work with a true team of professional real estate agents that are committed to the same culture and client focus.
After 12 years in the hospitality industry, working from entry front end sales to ultimately managing all operations and accounting, I found myself with a unique opportunity to join a real estate team that had the environment that every company strives to have, a culture of transparency, integrity, and professionalism that transcends into both professional and personal behaviors. It was a no brainer to take a leap of faith into a new industry and become a Buyer’s Specialist for the Rachel Kendall Team in 2014.
With the outstanding coaching and mentorship that Rachel and Dan Kendall provided me, I humbly watched as my friends, family, and eventually past clients continually recommended me to assist them with purchasing and selling homes to achieve sales success year over year. I was awarded the 2015 Culture Award by my team and use it as a reminder that if you believe in providing excellence in the client experience and relationships all success will follow.
I’ve proudly watched the Triangle establish itself as one of the best places to live in the Country. I spent my childhood in Cary, graduated from NC State with a BS in Accounting, and currently live in Raleigh with my two girls. When I’m not with my work family or my own family, I enjoy continuing my 20 year love of Pilates, fitness conditioning, and education. I love to run, be outdoors listening to music, and keeping it real, craft beers!
