Born in Cuba, and having lived in different areas in the United States, I have loved raising a family in the Triangle. Being exposed to different cultures and communication styles, I have a passion for bringing people together. After 15 years in education, I was encouraged to dive into real estate because of my empathic listening style and compassion towards understanding others. Throughout my career, I have learned that it is not the things that life brings, but the hearts we can touch and the service to others that measure success.
I deeply enjoyed being an educator and helping challenge students to become more motivated to enhance their own skills and achieve in the classroom. Working with many different children one on one, I realized that everyone hears and learns differently. Purchasing a home is a big decision, and I will take an individualistic approach to make sure everyone I help is making the best choice for their future.
I have always remained goal-oriented in career and life, which led me to partner with The Rachel Kendall Team. This team is driven by honesty, integrity and results which align to my own core values. I understand that buying or selling a home is an emotional experience and as a team we strive to make clients feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process.
It has always been important to be involved in fundraising and volunteer activities. With The Rachel Kendall Team, I feel honored to be part of a group that gives back to the community. With each transaction, a toy is purchased for the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill.
On my free time, I enjoy going on long scenic walks with my husband of 22 years and daughter, Sasha, who is my greatest gift! We are self-described foodies and love to tryout the many different eateries the Triangle has to offer.
